Mechanical cruise control system that uses an electric motor connected to the throttle, normally fitted on older vehicle's that have an accelerator cable fitted.
Electronic cruise Control system that connects into the vehicles accelerator and uses the vehicles CAN BUS system, (controller area network) to link into the ECU.

Speed Limiter is an electronic system that interfaces with the vehicles ECU (electronic control unit) and offers a way to limiting the top speed of the vehicle to a predetermined figure.
